Willowbrook Elementary & Bright Field Middle School is a K-6 grade school located in the Bentonville area. The MEP portion includes DDC controls, a VAV system with hot water reheat utilizing condensing boilers and air cooled rotary-screw water chillers. In addition, an HVLS fan system was utilized in the common areas.
